Ive read some post by hockey writers that he will be looking for 4m per. GM's should take notice of Vinny L. I cant see him be worth more than 1.5 per. His stats have been in a steady decline. In this cap era it would be suicide.

This lack of production from E Staal is partly to blame on AV. There was some chemistry with Staal and Lindberg/Stahlberg, but AV broke that line up for some unknown reason beyond thinking.

I think a grade of D is appropriate. He was very useful in the dot, but otherwise he looked uncomfortable elsewhere.
